All deadlines for members and rights holders’ groups are listed here.

 

Audiovisual performers

  • Filmographies must be received by SWISSPERFORM end of January at the latest. The ordinary settlement takes place two years after the year of broadcasting.

  • The distribution and payment will take place by the end of June.
  • End of December: The annual main distribution for the other audiovisual performances takes place at the end of each year.

Audio performers

  • The distributions for the revenues received from abroad in 2025, as well as any corrections relating to the distributions for 2024 and 2019, will be published on myswissperform on 27 February 2026.
  • The annual supplementary distribution includes the final distribution for 2020, the supplementary distributions for 2024, and transfers from abroad.
  • Discographies must be received by SWISSPERFORM by 30 March 2026 at the latest.
  • The annual main distribution includes the ordinary distribution for 2025, the supplementary distributions for 2024 and 2021, as well as the revenues received from abroad in the meantime.
  • Discographies must be received by SWISSPERFORM by 30 June 2026 at the latest.

Distribution of live perfomances and phonograms that were not commercially published.

Radio

  • Concert broadcasts, own recordings for radio stations
  • Voice-over and musical performances for radio plays
  • Voice-over and musical performances in commercials, jingles and signete

TV (film music)

  • Music (score music, library music, commercial soundtracks) on the soundtrack of audiovisual productions
  • Music in TV commercials, signets

TV (Other performances)

  • Concert broadcasts, theatre, cabaret and dance productions
  • Artistic performances in TV shows or similar formats
  • Dance and acting performances in video clips
  • Voice actors, dubbing actors in documentaries or features with documentary character, animated films
  • Actors, voice actors and dubbing actors in commercials, signets

Broadcast reportings must reach the Swiss Performers' Cooperative Society SIG no later than 30 June 2026.

  • The annual supplementary distribution includes the final distribution for 2020, the supplementary distributions for 2021 and 2024, as well as the revenues received from abroad in the meantime.
  • The distribution will be published on myswissperform on 12 July 2026.
  • The annual main distribution includes the ordinary distribution for the use of commercial phonograms in 2025, the supplementary distributions for 2024 and 2021, as well as the revenues received from abroad in the meantime.
  • The distribution will be published on myswissperform on 27 November 2026.

Audiovisual producers

The distribution for audiovisual producers takes place at the same time as the distribution at Suissimage.

If we notice that a member of Suissimage has the right to receive remuneration for neighbouring rights but has not been registered as a member with SWISSPERFORM yet, we will get in touch with such a right holder.

Phonogram producers turnover-related

  • 30 April 2026: Deadline for reporting 2025 sales and, if applicable, for subsequently reporting sales from previous years using Form A.
  • The statements for 2025 sales will be published on myswissperform on 6 November 2026 and will then be available for viewing and downloading.
  • The turnover-related subsequent statements for the years 2020–2024 will be available on myswissperform on 6 November 2026.
  • Payment will be made on 11 November 2026.

Please note: In order for us to be able to take your report into account in the turnover-related distribution (according to market share), you need a valid membership of SWISSPERFORM. Our membership department will be happy to assist you: info@swissperform.ch.

Phonogram producers use-related

  • 20 July 2026: Publication of the 2025 Played Recordings List on myswissperform.
  • 20 July 2026–31 August 2026: Pre-claiming phase on myswissperform. During this period, you can submit new claims and edit or withdraw existing claims based on the 2025 Played Recordings List.
  • 11 September 2026–6 October 2026: Display of all claimed recordings, all conflicts (conflict resolution) and all unclaimed recordings on myswissperform.
  • The statements for usage in 2025 will be published on myswissperform on 28 October 2026, and payment will be made on 2 November 2026.
