Guiding principles

SWISSPERFORM ensures that creative artists are adequately remunerated for their works and thus contributes to strengthening culture in Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.

  1. We act in the interest of our members. We support and strengthen them in exercising their neighbouring rights and ensure an appropriate remuneration. Our key tasks are the conclusion of tariffs and the collection and distribution of the resulting proceeds.
  2. For our members, partners and users we provide attractive services. We recognise the developments in the cultural sector and search for suitable solutions for all parties involved.
  3. We strengthen culture and through our work we contribute to making cultural creativity worthwhile. We provide 10% of our revenues for cultural and social purposes.
  4. We are service providers in the digital environment. We seize the opportunities of digitalisation and continuously adapt our services and way or working.
  5. We provide our users with easy access to the repertoire of our members.

Location & Office

  • Our office is very well-located in Zurich’s Kreis 4 district, just a ten-minute walk from Zurich’s main railway station.
  • You will be fully equipped from laptop to headset, whether in the office or your home office. Our modern offices are equipped with height-adjustable desks.
  • You work with Microsoft 365 and we invest in AI-supported software.
  • We offer fresh coffee, tea and fruits in our two kitchens and there is also a shower for sports enthusiasts.

  • We offer you generous additional benefits in the pension fund by the employer and through the individually selectable BVG savings plan – with a percentage coordination deduction for part-time work, you can choose exactly the savings plan that suits you and your life situation.
  • We cover the costs of UVG and KTG insurance premiums in full.
  • You will receive a 20% discount on the maximum Reka Money quota as a contribution towards travel and catering costs.

Flexible working & holidays

  • In order to harmonise your professional and private life, we offer flexible working hours on a 40-hour week. Part-time models are also possible.
  • You have the option of working up to 50% part-time from home.
  • You can take at least five weeks’ holiday and, depending on your age and role, up to seven weeks’ holiday per year.
  • Between Christmas and New Year, we offer additional bridging days.

  • You enjoy a personal counselling service for all areas of life from Movis.
  • In our unique «Coffee Sessions», we offer you and all employees a platform for exchanging views on current topics and learning together.

During your job training, you will familiarise yourself with the exciting activities and areas of responsibility in all our departments. This will give you an in-depth understanding of the interrelationships within our company and our industry.
