To implement the new organizational structure, and to elect new members of the board of directors, the board of directors decided to convene an extraordinary Delegates’ Assembly. This took place on Wednesday, October 23, 2024 at the Papiersaal in Zurich.
The following person was elected president (until June 2029):

– Lorenz Haas, Phonogram producers (to date in this function)
– Catherine Mettraux Kauthen, Broadcasters (to date in this function)
– Markus Naef, Independent member of the Board of Directors (new in this function)
The following persons were elected as Representatives of the Board of Directors (until June 2029):
