As part of our digitalisation strategy, this year we will launch the online member portal myswissperform and modernize our distribution system. The introduction of myswissperform will take place in summer 2025.
myswissperform offers:
- More transparency: All relevant data available anytime and anywhere at a glance, including statements and payments.
- User-friendly design: Intuitive use and easy navigation.
- Direct communication: Efficient and straightforward contact with SWISSPERFORM.
The changes to the distribution system will impact our members as follows:
- Delays in statements and payments for this year.
- Statements will no longer be sent in paper form or via e-mail. All documents will be available on myswissperform.
- Changes in the claiming process for Phonogram producers (further information will follow in May 2025 via e-mail).
- For Audio performers, the procedures for the execution and payment of supplementary distributions will change (information will be provided on the website (myswissperform) in May 2025, and detailed instructions will follow via e-mail in autumn 2025).
