This restructuring process has shown that, in addition to the measures already implemented, a new CEO is required to ensure the strategic goals and long-term success of SWISSPERFORM. The Board of Directors has come to the conclusion that a management change is the next step in the transition of our collecting society.

We thank Poto Wegener for his leadership, his valuable contributions and his commitment and engagement over the last 13 years. He has played a key role in shaping SWISSPERFORM and set the course for the future. We wish him all the best for the future.

We have already begun the process of finding a successor for the position of CEO. In the meantime, Michael Egli, Head of Legal Department and member of the Executive Board, will continue to manage the business on an interim basis to ensure a smooth and successful transition
