SWISSPERFORM applies two different types of reciprocal agreements with foreign sister societies which manage performers' rights:
- Type A agreementType A agreement
In the case of an A- type agreement, the remuneration due to the members of the other contracting party

In the case of a B- type agreement, the remuneration due to the members of the other contracting party remains in the country where it was collected and is distributed to its own right holders to compensate for the remuneration that they would be entitled
